Meets ASCE 7-88 South Florida Building Code (for storm force winds).
Double hung windows have tilt in sashes and security night locks.
With 1/2" clear or obscure insulated (Low -E or Bronze glass available by special order only).
All windows in stock are in White ESP finish with bronze frames available by special
order.
Colonial (6/6) or Plain (2/2) styles available from stock.
Our aluminum frames are not a tube frame, they look much more like traditional wooden frames.
jambs are a full 3" to accommodate gravity butts and blinds.
The sill is sloping, so rainwater does not accumulate, and because of the window's flange and the fact that the frame is actually a front and back that attaches over this flange, they offer far superior weather protection to ordinary tube framing.
